Pepperoni Parmesan Pizza Pasta

Easy family friendly Pepperoni Parmesan Pizza Pasta in a delicious pizza parmesan sauce FULL of flavor. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

250 gr / 8 oz dried short pasta of choice
2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 gr / 3.5 oz pepperoni, cut in quarters
225 gr / 8 oz pizza sauce, or marinara sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp dried oregano
45 gr / ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper

Garnish:
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a dutch oven over medium high heat add oil and cook onion until soft.

Stir in garlic and pepperoni and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add pizza sauce, cream of mushroom soup, italian seasoning and dried oregano. Mix together until everything has melted.

Add in cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve and garnish with grated Parmesan and fresh parsley.
