480 ml / 2 cups chicken stock

Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to sauté setting.

Add oil and bacon. Cook the bacon stirring often. About 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and stir together. Cook for 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.

Add in the white wine and cook for 1 minute while degreasing (scraping) the bottom of the pot.

Then add chicken stock, heavy cream and pasta.

Select manual setting. Adjust pressure to high and set the time for 6 minutes. Make sure all of the pasta is covered in liquid.

When finished cooking, quick release pressure.

Stir everything together. Let stand until liquid has reduced and the mixture has thickened. About 5 minutes.

Stir in grated Parmesan until combined and melted. About 3-5 minutes.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
