I’ve made these family friendly Doritos Chicken Bites several times before throughout the years. Both kids and adults love it because these Doritos chicken bites are crunchy on the outside and so soft and tender on the inside. Serve them with chopped fresh cilantro sprinkled on top and your favorite sauce or dressing.

I use chicken tenders for this doritos chicken bites recipe that I cut in 3 pieces each. But you could also just leave them whole for delicious crunchy Doritos coated chicken fingers.

This recipe makes a great main course for 2 persons or an appetizer for 4 persons. They are also great as finger food for snacking on.

What Type Of Doritos Should I Use?

Any flavor Doritos can be used. So just choose your favorite kind. I used chili pepper flavor.

I hope you enjoy this Doritos chicken bites recipe as much as I do. And if you make it be sure to leave a comment and/or give it a rating! I’d also love to hear from you on Instagram and see what you make. So if you do, don’t forget to tag @alaingablog
